Cooking instructions
Long and short pastas
Boil in abundant amount of salted water for approximately 3 - 5 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.
All stuffed pastas
Do not thaw. From frozen boil in abundant water stirring occasionally for approximately 7 - 10 minutes or· until desired texture is achieved.
Lasagnas and cannelloni
Remove lid and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until product is hot. For lasagna let it rest a few minutes to make it easier to serve. Tip: Cutting before baking is recommended.
Rotolo
Thaw in refrigerator overnight if frozen. Slice to desired thickness and place spirals in a sauce pan and heat until hot, approximately 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Tip: A bread knife works great and clean knife in between slices. :)
